01Eligible participants

Haravan merchants using the Haravan platform who have connected their Allingo account with Haravan before or during the campaign period.

02Promotion details

Merchants receive cash back based on the number of orders successfully delivered through Allingo during the campaign:

• Under 200 orders: 50% of shipping fees back
• 200 – 999 orders: 70% of shipping fees back
• 1,000 orders or more: 100% of shipping fees back

The rate applies to the total shipping cost of all successfully delivered campaign orders. Each merchant qualifies for one tier only, based on their total campaign orders. Tiers are not cumulative.

03Applicable carriers

All carriers available on the Allingo platform: GHN, SPX, J&T Express, Viettel Post, VN Post, BEST Express, Nhất Tín, Grab, Lalamove and Xanh SM.

04Campaign period

19 October 2026 to 18 November 2026. Only orders created during this period count. Delivery does not have to happen within the campaign window.

05Cash back date

Cash back for all successfully delivered campaign orders is credited on 19 November 2026 to the merchant's Allingo Wallet. The balance pays for shipping fees on later Allingo orders.

06Eligibility requirements

• The Allingo account must be connected with Haravan before or during the campaign.
• Orders must be created during the campaign period (19 October to 18 November 2026) and processed through Allingo.
• Orders must be successfully delivered. Delivery may happen after the campaign window.
• The full shipping fee is refunded, including surcharges such as address changes, re-delivery fees and weight adjustments.

07How to claim

Automatic. No code and no extra registration. Allingo tallies each merchant's successfully delivered orders and credits the cash back on the scheduled date.

08Exclusions and limits

• Cancelled, returned, failed and pending orders do not count.
• Allingo accounts not linked to Haravan are not eligible.
• Each merchant is counted in one cash back tier only. Tiers are not cumulative.

09Programme adjustments

Allingo may modify, suspend or end the campaign early if fraud or violations of these terms are detected. Changes are announced through Allingo's official channels.
